Pavithra has over 19 years of experience in sales and marketing, specializing for 16 years in real estate. Throughout her career, she has worked with prominent international property consultancies including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE, specializing in office leasing, retail, and residential sectors. Pavithra has led commercial leasing initiatives for esteemed developers such as DLF in India and CapitaLand in Singapore. Currently, she leads the Sales division at 101 Premium Properties, managing markets across the Middle East, India, Turkey, Russia, the UK, and Africa.

Pavithra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, India, and a certification in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). Her vision is to drive sustainable growth, expand the company’s global presence, and establish new standards in real estate excellence.
